We bought whirlpool bloomwash 360 degree PRO from Viveks showroom in kandanchavadi. We were delivered an old make called bloomwash 360 degree. The machine we expected was bloomwash 360 degree PRO. The outer box had the name as PRO but the machine doesnt have the name PRO on the top panel. The pamplet had the name as PRO. the bill also had it as PRO. But the machine inside the packing doesnt have that word at all. We understand that we have been cheated. We are sent the old model with a box display having the new model name. I need a replacement for this. Unfortunately we have noticed this only today after few days of use. We dont want unsold old model. We want the product which we paid for and which we were promised delivery. The machine doesnt have the word pro printed anywhere. Manually a sticker is stuck with the word pro. This is unacceptable. We want a solution for this. We ordered the newly launched machine but were sent an old model. Please solve our issue by giving us a replacement.
