Complaint Details:
I’d logged numerous complaints about slow internet connectivity while using 4 MBPS plan of Tikona.
Everytime ticket is closed stating issue is resolved & same issue again reappears in less than a fortnight.
I now upgraded my plan to 10 MBPS which took 7 days of hussle with Tikona and 2 hours argument on call on 7th day for them to dispatch a tech & upgrade the connection.
Since the date of upgrade which is not more than a fortnight, I’ve never received speed more than 6 MBPS on a 10 MBPS plan…which is shameful on Tikona’s part.
Have logged multiple complaints & spoken with numerous agents 7 3-4 supervisors last being someone named Ashish.
ALL OF THEM COMMITTED TO TAKE OWNERSHIP N GET ISSUE RESOLVED…
GUESS WHAT…I’M STILL FACING SAME ISSUE & GETTING SPEEDS LESS THAN 5 MBPS NOW..!!!
