Complaint Details:
I had subscribed for the Frontline magazine more than two months back. I was entitled to receive the first copy on November 12th, 2016. But, I haven’t received it till now. When I called to the customer care toll free number, the told that they registered the complaint. The complaint number is 125948. Later, they advised me to check with the local post office. I’ve checked but I didn’t get it. When I called the customer care number again, they gave me another number that is exclusively for Frontline. But, that number is not reachable at any time. So, please see to a solution for my problem or refund the amount if you fail to do so. Else, I’m ready to take any legal action towards this.
