On December 14th I bought long kalli for RS.2595. I wore for newyear to church. only 2 hours it’s gets tored in back.so I went to Chennaisilks Tnagar branch and spoke with Anand and syed sadiq whos response is very bad.Anand is telling to syed. Speak to them and send them back.He is just finding reason to send me back.he is turning somewhere else and answering.he is simply saying this type of dress will tear only we can’t do anything for that. Then why ur selling this type of dress putting a blame on me. To avoid me he say u bring tag we will see.I had bill with me.Nobody will save a tag, or wear the dress with tag.then why people saying bring bill for any fault or exchange.very poor service and selling old and bad quality product. I suggest nobody should buy in Chennaisilks since they are selling bad quality product and no proper response, bad customer service.if ur product is bad u should resolve it.I want the money back or exchange for that dress.
