Complaint Details:
Results May Ferry Boots order was placed on 15/11/2016 and the payment was done online of amount Rs 699. The payment was accepted and its 21 days and did not receive any status update or any tracking ID was not generated. They are not resolving the issue through mails that i sent them. The number given on the website says invalid and found a landline number which they won’t answer. They should either process the order ASAP or refund the amount in my account. The order reference number is #1081574 and the invoice generated online is
