State Bank Of India [SBI] — Amount Refund

I have made a Purchase at Vanam fashion on 16th Dec 2016.I paid my Bill using my SBI Debit card.First attempt was declined and second was succesfful.When i check my account amount was debited twice. Shop asked me to contact SBI and I Visited SBi branch they asked me to contact Customer care.NO proper response from Customer care.Worst service from SBI.
STILL MY MONEY WAS NOT REFUNDED…
