Complaint Details:
I am Akhilesh From Allahabad, Order ID-17545700128, , after that i received this product sucessfuly on dated 02-01-2017 but when i open this product and found Totally Different and Old item that i ordered after that i proceed for refund and register my complain against this with justification of “Different & old item”but Yesterday when courier boy comes from JV express and deny to accept this product.Even i called your customer care many times and they say only” don’t worry they will arrange next pick up” and today 6 days passed there is no action is taken from your side. This is very shameful for you (Snapdeal) that Firstly you Fraud with me and secondly you provide this cheap service i am not satisfy with your service even i full mood to didn’t buy anything from your Shopping Website …
Please Initiate my refund process asap…
Now i have suffered to call your costumer care and they always says that thay have updated my concern but still there is no updation/Action done from your side..
Now please Snapdeal stop this type cheap service otherwise i will spreadout your this cheapness with my colleague, family & friends and also complaint in consumer forum…
