Complaint Details:
I have returned the ny bike to the warehouse address provided by snapdeal. after one week i tracked the consignment and showing that the warehouse person has refused to accept and next day i received the consignment back. I am calling since 15 days to snapdeal customer but till date it has not been solved. neither i got my courier charges not product money.
This is the first time i am facing problem with snapdeal and this let me down and very much disappointed because everytime i call they say money will be deposited within 24 hours…
