Scam or fraud: Snapdeal.com — Damaged product received and no pickup being done despite of constantly asking them from last 9 days

Complaint Details:
This is Rashmi Poduval and I have been customer of Snapdeal for quite long now. More or less my snapdeal experience had been satisfying till now but recently I have been really furious. Would like to bring it to your notice.

This is regarding my order id 17101119918 and sub order id 21302580110
I had ordered the Justin analogue clock on 5 th Dec 2016 which I received on 11 th December 2016 in a really damaged form, the outer box had a hole in it and clock was broken into pieces. Without any delay I had filed a return request within 5 mins of delivery. I got an email and SMS that the product will be picked up the same day but noone came for the pickup, it was a Sunday and I was at home with two other family members the whole day. To my surprise I got a message later that pickup failed because I was unavailable which was indeed false!! I rescheduled the pickup request. I got an email stating it will be done in next 48 hours but, since then I see new estimated pickup dates on the snapdeal app everyday First it showed pickup will be done on 15 th, then 16 th, then 17 th, then 18 th then 19 th and now its showing 21 ts (i have screenshots for the same) but no pickup has been done yet.. This is not only confusing but also very frustrating.. I suspected some foulplay and decided to make a complaint.. Visited site’s help centre and there was no option to write to them, only few quieries and their answerscalled on tollfree no n noone was pickin have been cited.. Which was useless info for me.. Finally I found an old correspondence n mailed to them.. I received a reply that we don’t handle correspondence on this email anymore but this time we will b happy to help and have forwarded ur complaint.. Next two days again nothing happened.. I got furious and decided to write abt it in the product review.. But they did not let my review get published only.. On saturday i received a mail stating product pickup will be done in 1-2 days.. N it’s monday but still nothing.. I m stuck with the damaged product and I am not sure if I would be receiving my refund at all coz overall it appears like they are just not bothered!
