Dear team,
I purchased a LED Tv in 2011 around Sep. In Oct 2016, it started giving me problem. The TV did the power recycling whenever I turned it on. I took it to the Service Center to get it checked. The engineer checked the TV, checked the part availability and asked for an advance of Rs 3000 for the same.
After waiting for 2 weeks, the engineer informs me that the part is in DNA status and will never be delivered. I have been following up with the customer service to get a proper resolution but have been disappointed by everyone.
Its almost 1.5 months since I dropped my TV at the service centre and sill there is no resolution provided to me.
Today, I got an SMS that my Case has been closed. This was done without even talking to me. Thats the level of service provided by the Customer Service Team.
I would like to get a proper resolution for my problem. It was a hugely expensive TV for me and you cannot tell me that only in 5 years, Samsung cannot support it. Its very unfair. It has been tormenting working with your customer service team. I am really frustrated right now and am really hoping to get a resolution from your end as soon as possible.
