Complaint Details:
I had purchases a cell phone ( Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge) dated 10/06/2016, immediately within a span of one month a technical problem occurred due to which my phone started having grey broad lines on the display which was sorted by the Mis. Rekha Tanwar around 24 july 2016 with an assurance that this problem will never ever going to occur. I was being told that it is a technical problem and If I am not mistaken S7 edge is the latest phone by Samsung and if the phone is having such problems that means company isnot at all concerned towards it’s customers. The company wouldn’t have said the same if the problem in the screen was due to the fault of its customer. I am even having an email from Mis. Rekha Tanwar assuring me that the same won’t happen again. But, again the same problem has occurred with my screen on 30th dec due to which it is showing some pixels on the top left corner. I emailed regarding the same to MIs. Rekha Tanwar but now nobody is taking this responsibility of sorting it ASAP.

If I won’t get the replacement of my cell phone or the solution to my complaint within a day or two then I will have to move myself to consumer forum for the solution.
