I purchased Renault Duster from kanpur 24 Dec 2015 Reg No.UP78ED2509 and next day we gone for a trip to Manali for a weekend, driving in hill area we show smoke and found clutch burning smell coming from our vehicle. we inform it to toll free no and next day we visit to mandi renault work shop there they also found burning smell . we take a latter from them to prove kanpur workshop that there is a clutch problem in vehicle. But after reaching kanpur when we ask them to change clutch they refuse us and ignore that latter saying that vehicle is under there observation if any thing they found they will rectify them. Problem was from starting But same problem now came out with full flash after 9 month now they are not solving that problem, saying its not under warranty now you have to pay for clutch changing . Still we are having that latter which we have taken from Renault Mandi workshop
