Scam or fraud: Reliance Fresh — Double money deduction for same purchase

Complaint Details:
On 20/12/2016 I bought things of amount 761.69 Rs and while paying at the counter, they said transaction not occured for first time so swiped again…but afterwards i came to know that the money has been deducted twice.When i asked them, firstly they said it is under process and it will take 3 days but now they are telli that they didnot get the money twice in their account.They asked me to call the bank and its weekend so i cannot do that..but in my m-passbook it is clearly showing that it has been credited to their account…I really wanty money back because be for them its such a small amount but for an individual its not…I am attaching the snapshot and the receipt of the purchase..Kindly help as soon as possible..Thank You
