Complaint Details:
I have been using Readylink in Coimbatore area. Their customer support is very poor. Their internet service is kind of prepaid. There will be a due date on every month before which we have to pay the internet bill. The due date for me is the starting date of my connection. If we do not pay on that particular date the internet connection will be automatically shutoff.
What really happened to me was, I paid the bill through credit card. But my internet connection was cutoff on the due date. When I called the support they said your bill is not paid. I told them I have paid through credit card. They said the payment might not have been successful. So I waited for fewdays and called my credit card company. They said the payment was successful. Again I called Readylink to convey that the payment went through. They again said it is not reflecting in our system.
It has been almost 20 days and there is no reply from them and I also do not have the internet connection. When ever I call them they do not respond properly. More than 1000 Rupees was charged to my credit card and I do not have internet. Readylink says they do not have any option to check from their side.
I doubt that their bill payment system is good.
