Scam or fraud: Quikr — purchased subscription for three month with commitment from sales person to provide 3 leads per day

Complaint Details:

Hello,

We had purchased INR 25, 000.00 worth package for 3 months on June 13th 2018.
Sales person (Shiv Kumar Yadav) has promised that we will get at least 2 to 3 leads per day.

Now its been more than 53 days and we only received only 7 leads. We received call from there service department saying that we never commit for the leads so we cannot do anything.
