Complaint Details:
I have purchased a panasonic eluga L2 phone on 10.08.2016 at Reliance digital at Hasthinapuram, Karmanghat village, Lb nagar circle, Hyderabad.On 17.11.2016 i noticed the phone was not functioning at all. I went to Reliance digital they told me to get it repaired at RABSA Utility solutions (India )pvt ltd, Abids, Hyderabad. I went to Rabsa on 18.11.2016 they have examined the phone & informed that the battery has to be replaced which may take upto 14 days. Its been more than a month but it is not replaced.They are not giving any response.Just saying to come next week n next week so on.My time is wasted a lot.
