Had booked through you but on reaching there was no room. Took me to another hotel claiming that was also of the same owner(the owner may have 100 properties but may be of different standards.) but saw the representative of previous hotel requesting for 2 room. This hotel also did not have 2 rooms. I called 04038416822 and spoke to some rep of OYO who claimed that someone from customer care will call back, but the call never came. Somehow a gentleman was checking out at 1 am ( pl note the time) and managed one room at one hotel and other room at previous hotel. The room is horrible. Bathroom stinky and basin leaking. Did I trust and Pay OYO for all this? “Sorry” did not solve my problem. Why should I not sue OYO for the harassment and horrible treatment I got? Do I have some rights as an consumer? This can amount to deficiency in service from your part.
