Complaint Details:
I made an application online for PAN Card and paid the fee through netbanking account of my father. I find that the payment was made to Samanta Communications, Anna Salai, Chennai and not to NSDL. I thought I was paying to NSDL. Now, I would like to cancel the payment to Samanta and want the money returned as I do not need their services for obtaining the Pan card.plz refund my amount immediately .
