Complaint Details:
I was supposed to get a refund for 149 rupees (of which last date was 25th Dec).
But i didn’t get the refund till today..
The order details are given below:

I also approached my banks cust_care & the home branch too.But they were saying that the refund was not collected till now.
So kindly help me to get my refund fast.
