The Person incharge has been avoiding calls after giving improper pipeline connection for the second time, whereas the first time the connection was given to a wrong pipe. Due to this we are suffering from non-availability of water despite of having paid all the charges and fees in advance more than a week before. Is this how government authorities abide to serve the people of the country? Is this why we the citizens of India pay all the dues to the government? I, as a citizen of India, am very disappointed on this note seeing the condition of one of the greatest country of the world.
