Complaint Details:
I bought Moto G4 on 17/10/2016 from Amazon and the device stopped working after 10 days. Gave the handset to a Motorola Service Center on 28/11/2016 and they told that the mother board of the device needs to be changed and will be done in 15-20 days.
Till date there is no response from the service center and when I called them (Today: 27/12/2016) they told it will take 15-20 days more.
NOT sure do they really care about the customers or they are just focusing on selling the product even the faulty ones.
