Complaint Details:
The order was placed on Sep 30, 2016. The order got cancelled as it was got stuck in custome
I got a message on my miracas id that the order stands cancelled due to custome issue the refund is made in ur miracas account
I don’t want the refund in miracas account, I have made the payment with my credit card, u want the refund back in same . Please do the need full
Miracas custome care number is always busy none of the representatives b free at any time I call and the call gets disconnected
Even on the miracas message box (customer care ) I have messaged so many times for the refund in my credit card
No reply from there too
Request you to look in this matter soon and refund my money through the same mode of payment I used
