Dear Sir
I have purchased Mahindra XUV RJ27 UC 1212 in November 2013.
It has been a good experience riding the vehicles of Mahindra and also I have referred Mahindra Vehicles to many of my known persons. Even I purchased Mahindra Scorpio in 2003 from Jaipur also when even there was no showroom in Udaipur. Then I purchased Mahindra Scorpio Getaway in April 2015 also.
Thus I may be a valuable customer of Mahindra as I have around 8-10 vehicles of Mahindra in my family.
But recently I had a very bad experience regarding service of Mahindra XUV RJ27 UC 1212 specially in shockers. I have complained about it many times at KS Automobile, Udaipur but every time the concerned persons made me fool and they do a normal service and tell me its all right now .
Again when I tell them that still there is a problem in shockers they just ignored my problem and never gave me proper response. I have been complaining for problem in all four Shockers when it was at 90000 Kilometers one year ago.
When my XUV was at 85000 kms I paid 22000/- also to extend the warranty up to 1.5 lac kms after 2 years then for an year they didn’t solve my problem.
And now when my vehicle has crossed 1.5 Lac Kms then the people at KS Automobile are telling me that they are not responsible for anything.
At last after a lot of arguments for an year now when I told them that “I don’t want to spoil the old relations with Mahindra either you solve this problem else I will have to take some legal action” then they told me to take any action they do’t care.
Now lastly I hope from you to kindly look into the matter and help me to resolve the issue. Otherwise I will be compelled to take a legal action.
