Complaint Details:
I bought one Khaitan Geyser 25Ltr in last Oct (2015). Now it is not working. I bought from Suraj Electricals, Vasundhara. His electrician checked and said the element, assembly and tank have to be replaced.
How can an one year Geyser become in this condition? Any basic quality do you maintain?
Khaitan customer service email is getting bounced. I tried to talk to Area heads of Khaitan electricals, Mr.Ramesh (7042793858) and Sarvesh ( 7042727067) . They are repeatedly disconnecting calls.
I want you to resolve this issue at the earliest.
