Complaint Details:
I purchased the paid service from Just Dial on 6th August 2018 and was told that my company profile would get activated on Just Dial in 2 hours from the time payment was made. I was also told that once my company profile is activated, I can start getting potential leads from Just Dial however nothing like this happened. The couple of leads(Approx.5-6 till now) that I have received till now are all used leads. Ass per the customers, they have already taken the service their need. When I contacted Just Dial and asked, they simply told me to login and update my profile. They did not update any details they collected from me at the time of payment. So basically when I was told that details would be updated in 2 hours post payment- NOTHING was done. And now after taking the advance amount for 1 year, Just Dial is not helping at all.
