Complaint Details:
Dear Sir/Madam
I was booking the train ticket on the Double Decker 22626 Bangalore (BNC) – Chennai (MAS) for the 20th of Dec and twice I logged in and tried to purchase the ticket, the money was deducted but it said the service was not available at this time whilst issuing the ticket.
However, an amount of 535 + transaction fee = 546 Rs was deducted twice and I do not have any ticket as well.

Also earlier the availability was in the general category and now it is showing me only tatkal tickets for which I will have to pay 200 Rs extra which is really unfair too.
I would request for a refund of the above amount of 1192 Rs = 546 x 2 through my ICICI account. I am also unable to book in the general quota so please compensate me for the additional charges for booking a tatkal as well
