Complaint Details:
I Kanwarjit Singh mobile number 7814445444. has been fed up of complaining against Idea.This time again I recieved a bill ammount of 322 INR and when i called at 198. they said that bill is against plan of Rs 199.00. and they also gave me waiver of Rs 50.00. which i claimed. This time they gone to far and every time i had to pay extra ammounts. Niether they sent me ebill statement. What type of behaviour is this ?
