Scam or fraud: Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Apathy of goibibo towards its coustmer- regarding refund

Complaint Details:
It is very unfortunate to experience the apathy of goibibo towards its coustmer service. I have called my times to your customer service support regarding full refund of my flight ticket as committed by your executives, but every time i call your people says that the matter has been escalated to your technical team and you will get call with in 24- 48 hours, but till now i didn’t get any call from your team and now after 12 days( that mean after 228 hours) i have recevied this mail that your refund process has been completed.

This is absolutely disheartening to know that after my continuous request of checking your call records regarding this particular booking, consecutive follow up calls were made on my behalf, where i requested your executives to escalate this issue to your higher management and I strongly recommend compensation, adding to it I never received any calls from your team.
Every time i called i got assurance from your team that my refund will be processed as committed by the executive but nothing has napped till now.
