Scam or fraud: Hero Motocorp — Complain about bad behaviour and services of service station

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have almost got tears in my eyes writing this mail to you with my crying heart as I have a firm belief that The Brand Name of Hero is just because you value your customer and I am sure that I would get a solution for the harassment faced by me.

I, Dharmendra Moorjani, is working in IT Company, Vadodara.

Dear sir, I would like to share with you that, I have purchased a Hero Model PASSION XPRO, Blue Color, on dated 31-12-2014, (GJ6-JB-6919) from the Showroom – Kumar Hero, Behind Aradhana Cinema, Salatwada

Just after a month there is a oil leakage problem from Oil Engine Cap. I have complaining on my first services. They replayed, there is a heating problem. On second services there were more leakage from Oil Engine Cap. They have suggested to change the ring of the cape for Oil leakage and their solution. This problem was arise every time up to last service. They were said, there is a problem in Nut bolt cap of Oil engine and there is not in the stoke. And the cap is coming in the stock today (19-12-2016). Now, my all the services are completed and they were said, Its not our problem. Please paid all the charges then we will help you.

Every time the service man Mr Gautam who is the Service Engineer said that, I am here for your help and all that… If any spairpart related issue I will help you to resolve the problem without any pay because I am complaining again and again for Oil Lea-cage problem.

Today they have parts of the oil engine. Now they are said that we needs the approval from Mr Nitin. And he is said Sorry we can’t help you because you have bayed the bike almost before 2 years. Have you any written proof? we have said that we will changing that oil engine part?

Its become a trauma to no to get a permanent solution of the issue.

The attitude and Service I got from Service personal in Kumar Hero Motors is very bad as a customer which created a bad impression about the Service of Hero company itself.
I would request you to take immediate actions to get proper justice for me.
