Complaint Details:
Your Bank officers convinced me to open a DMat account which they told me will be free of charge for me as I m preferred customer. But later after completion of all formalities received a msg deducting rs 2999/- from my saving bank account No [protected] in July 2017. I had submitted complain letter to the bank but they are not responding. I feel cheated by hdfc and have not yet activated DMat account.
