Dear sir/madam,
I have 8 accounts of my family with hdfc bank, all classic accounts, from January 2016 they starts charging 115 rs. per quarter per account from all our (8) family accounts, two times after many request and visits of bank branch they reverse charges at two quarter but after that at last two quarters they didn’t reverse this time so far after so many request and visit to branch, so I am forced to pay 115×8= 920 per quarter and 920×4= 3680 per year from all my family (8) account.
After so many requests and visit to branch and even I say to branch manager today if charges will not reverse or still continue I am forced to complaint to RBI about this and closed all Eight accounts from bank but still they do not reply me well and said please take closer forms from another table and close your all accounts we will not reverse the charges and charges will continue every quarter. and this I can not afford to pay 3680 per year without any reason to bank and also without any GUIDELINES from RESERVE BANK OF INDIA.
right now I got a news from phone banker that my wife’s account is DE RAGE as normal account from classic, without any reason till date I have maintain minimum amount in that account as well, and this will grant them more false reason of charges as per debit card fee Etc.
Also I bring two new policies from same branch and I pay my premium from my credit card first year at start of my policy but second year they not gave me Grace time of payment and take 402.50×2=805/- rs as penalty for late fee even I have 15+ more day’s left as Grace to pay my premium, and I pay my premium just after within 15+ day’s left of mine Grace time in one go of two policies (100000/-) same July month as my policy due date Was 14 of July but still no reversals OF charges till date of this as well.
I have to ask why should I pay this much of ammount (3680) per year without any reason ?
Now I am forced to complaint against all of this at you ( best business channel) and as I ever saw you will help CONSUMER’S every time and raise the voice of consumer’s againt any bad policies of companies.
Please help me about this.
