Hi!,
I’m a Hathway customer with Acc. No. 1109935963 & requested Hathway Call Center to either downgrade my existing Broadband plan or convert it to Postpaid plan from existing prepaid. Both the things were denied by the customer care claiming it as a Hathway policy. Any consumer should be allowed to choose plan from the available plans of his choice at any given point of time which Hathway is not allowing.
