Hi,
I have tried recharging my Digital TV account which failed multiple times in Novemeber. I contacted Hathway about failed payments and they said it would be refunded . I contacted them again after 20 days providing proof of credit card statement showing that payments were not refunded and they stopped responding. After multiple complaints they keep closing my complaint saying refund has been initiated but they stop responding after i provide them proof that the refund was not received. I have escalated to nodal officer who is also not responsive. I doubt if there is a nodal team available for Digital TV division of Hathway.
