Complaint Details:
I purchased a fossil watch and it was not as described on the website so I returned it .they said refund will happen within 3 working days and its been 5days. Money is not back in my account. I contact customers care they say its pending from my bank end.but bank hasn’t received any request on this
I have spent my entire day trying to get clear picture on what’s happening .flip kart has worst customer service.
Please help me get the refund ASAP.
