Scam or fraud: Domino’s Pizza — Misbehaviour

Complaint Details:
This is regarding the behaviour of Meenakshi Garden outlet in West Delhi.

TERRIBLE is the word. Restaurant Manager SUNIL KUMAR doesn’t know how to talk, this person is PATHETIC, ILL-MANNERED. Instead of apologizing for his fault, he had the audacity to raise his voice and started saying things. I will never suggest anyone to consider this bad outlet. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

The payment was made online through my debit card.

Contacted your outlet after 40 mins to check the status. I was told that the executive was on his way and will process the refund of INR 300/- as he was not able to reach on time.
I had to make another call after an hour and got the same response.

Finally when the delivery boy came after 1hour 15mins, we did not get any update from him. Hence I had to call your outlet again.

Post that someone told me that they’ll be sending the delivery boy to my place to process the refund. I had to call again as no one turned up.

Then I asked the executive to connect me to the Restaurant Manager (SUNIL KUMAR), I was AMAZED to hear his response. His behaviour was UNACCEPTABLE.

Saying no to the customer is one thing, getting RUDE, not accepting his fault and saying things to a woman is highly shameful. He pretends that he is the one who is running the outlet and doesn’t give a damn.

May I request you to kindly look into the matter. I hope to get some response from your team.
