I am Gyanendra Singh, we have booked a simple packet (Urgent Documents) from AGARA through ON DOT Courier wide DKT No.713689472 DT. 21/11/2016 on add. of Banco Products (I) Ltd. Plot No. 11, Sector-6, IIE-SIDUCL, Rudrapur Uttarakhand-263153.Now today 30th of Nov-2016, we could not receive our package. We have check online, location showing at Moradabad. on 25th Nov- but after that no any details the same. How blunder of your service .If we could not receive the same, so will definitely take to legal action against your service.How many times need to delivery from AGARA TO RUDRAPUR UTTRAKHAND..
