Complaint Details:
We have taken Club Mahindra membership before one year. Mr Fahad came to our home and explained about the packages out of which we chose one and did the down payment. After that we got a call for verification and registration that time we got to know that there is some 14000/_ membership fees every year which we were not told during the meet with Fahad while explaining the packages. Now when we have come to the club Mahindra ganpatipule resort we have been told that breakfast is not included in the package. But this specifically I had asked to Fahad whether the stay includes breakfast and he had clearly said yes. These are all contradictory statements in the services you say and actually you give. When called Fahad he says no it actually doesn’t include the breakfast, yes you have to pay yearly membership fees…if he knows it then why it is hidden at the time of taking membership. We are just not happy with the membership as the expenses we were not told clearly. After so many arguments the relationship manager says madam, please don’t call me. We want to cancel are membership, please help us in that.
