Sir,
For the last five to six years I am facing the problem with my Landline . I suppose the men working at this Marcela centre are incapable and unqualified for the job
After Evey eight days I have to complain about the phone that it is not working. So much so that if you get the record of my complains I am sure you’ll can win Guinness book of world records for the no. Of complain registered.
However I hope you will act on this issue and resolve accordingly.
