I, Pankaj Bansal, tried to Purchase PTE voucher on 26th Jan 2017 of Rs. 9950/- for PTE test on PTEvoucher.in site of Aussizz Group in name of My Sister Vandana Bansal. At time of online Purchase of PTE voucher through debit Card, payment has been deducted from my Account but Voucher did not send to me on my mail id and mobile Number. On contacting to Aussizz group customer Care no. 7973378285, they confirmed that they had received the payment of Rs. 9950/- and i told them to refund my amount. But they did not refund my amount of Rs. 9950/-. I called them several times regarding refund but till date i didn’t receive my money back.
Please take appropriate step against Aussizz Group for not refunding the said amount and ask them to refund my money of Rs. 9950/-
