The complaint is regarding DHONE AUTOMOBILES showroom located at Yerwada, Nagar Road.
I have purchased Bullet Classic 350 on 2nd of January 2017. I did booking on 7th Dec 2016 with a payment amount of 5000/- Card payment and the remaining amount was also paid through card on 30th of Dec 2016. Since 2nd jan 2017 showroom employees have not done the insurance of my bike till date i have been following showroom since i got the delivery the employees at the showroom are so casual including manager. The customer service is ZERO they don’t care about the customer. On saturday dated 7th jan i personally visited showroom and i got to know that employees have lost my documents i have to re submit the documents but still my issue has not been resolved.
Iam not at all satisfied with the service provided by the Employees with their casual approach. Very very much unhappy with the service and after sale service.
