This the third month I’m using Alliance broadband services and already in two months I have faced issues with them. In the first month the representative informed that I can pay my bill on next month 20th and my line will not be cut off . But it was cut off. Even after paying the bill my services were not back and I had to call them and they just transferred me from one person to another.
Again this month I have paid my bill on the due date still they have cut off my services. Now I will have to wait till morning and again my call will be transferred from one person to another rude one and then instead of being apologetic they will speak to me rudely.
I heard a lot of this provider but now I can only say PATHETIC AFTER SERVICES
