Scam or fraud: Whirlpool India — pathetic after sales service experience

Complaint Details:

I have purchase your product washing machine (Model NO: 31113) on dated 15/08/2018 as the name suggested “Whirlpool-The brand in washing machine”

Earlier I have heard the abnormal voice and I have register the complaint regarding machine is not working properly at customer complaint care. The service executive was arrived (dated 01/02/2017) and suggested to replace gear box for not functioning well as it might be broken. The same was replaced in warranty. He also suggested to put water filter at input water (so in future the same problem can not arise) to washing machine as incoming water might be hard. The same was put with the additional cost of (Rs 1900/-) at the same instant.

Yesterday (i.e 17/06/2018) I experience the abnormal sound once again and I just stop washing machine. I have register the complaint about the same. Today the same service executive has arrived and the statement was also same that your gear box has broken and you need to replace the same with additional cost of 4000/- Rs because your machine is not in warranty. He is claiming that your machine was might be overloaded. The statement was not correct as our machine runs in “Low” always. He also claiming that your machine was might be not balanced. The statement was also not justify as after repairing on 01/02/2017, we have not shifted the machine. The machine was only touched while need to load the cloths.

Now I am surprise that the product like whirlpool, how the gear box can be failed in 1.4 yrs once again? Also I am very surprise with your service assistance as local service assistance strait away told that you have not taken a extended warranty so you need to pay 4000/- Rs. We cannot help in this further.

Now how can I expect that without extended warranty after replacement of gear box (cost of Rs 4000/-) will survive for next 6 months (with the case of genuine part). Also one question arise here, how can I prefer the whirlpool product next time purchase or suggest to purchase to family relatives or friends? So extended warranty is the only solution, I dosen’t understand.

Scam or fraud: PVR Cinemas — compulsory to buy popcorn & cold-drinks on morning shows.

Complaint Details:

It is made compulsory at PVR Nasik to buy Popcorn & cold-drinks with each ticket during morning show. However it is nowhere written anywhere on PVR site or on any terms & conditions that consumer need to buy it compulsorily. It’s really a matter of concern that the workers also say that either buy both movie ticket & popcorn otherwise no ticket will be issued. This is really bad about PVR Nasik that they are looting customers each day with such a bad scam. I think management must look into matter otherwise consumer forum is the last option for customers.

It’s a third class company..nothing rather than a ### broker..never go for this company..I ll definitely go for a legal help against policy bazaar..they just raise their hands when u need them..they only weeks for profit making..even the customer support cannot help you.. worst company I have ever seen..guys plz lodge a CONSUMER COMPLAINT against them..

I had a courier ( tracking order I’d [protected])which was sent from ambala on 14 th June and I was informed that it will be delivered by 15 th . Till date I have not received the packet and I am very disturbed by the behaviour of ur staff who are very rude and unprofessional . Despite my repeated calling I am unable to track the packet which is showing as out for delivery since 15 th June

Scam or fraud: Little App — refund was not credited

I bought a deal for Naturals Salon, Madiwala, Bangalore worth Rs 762 on 31 May 2018 with order # DNPYAT. But the merchant denied to accept the voucher so I canceled it on the same day and I got the message from LittleApp saying amount has been refunded. However I have not received the amount till date neither in my bank account nor in Paytm wallet. I tried to contact customer care but I must say their customer service is worst n did not provide any update on it. There was no email id where I can register my complaint.

We have whirlpool washing machine, while working it made noise for which we complaint to company they took it to the service centre and worked on still it is making noise . For which we paid 8000 rupee and service charge . But we consulted an other technician after we found most of the charger are fake .like they chage for 2 bearing nd etc i have also attached the photo of the bill. And still washing machine is not working and leaking of water also there .

We purchased a dolphin set cot from Deccan furniture at exhibition on July 2016 and the quality is very worst. We bought it for 80000, and it got damaged twice and they are not even ready to care about our complaints or service. While selling at exhibition they will give you all assurance about the quality and service. But after that they don’t bother about customer.please don’t buy any products from them.

Respected sir,
i m being continousely harraed by vivo service team.I m a employee of vivo brand and i am also a vivo smartphone user and since febuary i got some problems with my handset and everytime i visited service centre and their team specially their representative MENKA didnt behave well with me because i m a vivo employee and she said ‘phle hum apna phone change karwayenge.
still my handset in service centre and they didn’t make me any call regarding my handset.
