Complaint Details:
Today i went to the branch in sector-16 rohini for exchanging money but the environment over there is very bad they are not at all ethical in their approach to deal with the customer. people in queue were abusing them cos of their behaviour. and also they were not exchanging currency of other branch customer. they said that branch manager has given clear restriction on not to exchange other branch customer’s currency.
also the RBI limit for withdrawal through cheque is rs 24000 but they are allowing only rs 10000 to every person whether he is entitled to 20000 or 24000 but they are giving only 10000.
these people working there is taking their jobs for granted they are against the concept of CSR. we as a layman only complaint against them its you whosoever is responsible for taking action against the branch can ensure the effective intrnal control should be followed.
the same complaint i posted on fb and twitted on pm online blog for complant lets hope for best that some responsible person will see to it.

Dear Sir,
I applied for the porting my number 9717964586 from Vodafone to Reliance with the great hope that I’ll get the better offer and services from Reliance.
But what I faced is so frustrating and very hard to explain.

I applied for the porting a month ago, It was ported out from Vodafone on 18th November 2016 and not yet ported to Reliance. (Ideally it should be ported in the new network after 2 hours of port out of old network)

I applied for this with one of the Reliance store in Delhi, paid 300 Rs for the same ( contact number of store : 9555433143) and made several calls to resolve my problem. Instead of resolving they are abusing me.

This has already passed 6 days, my number and money both gone. I was using this number (9717964586) at any places and i am totally helpless.

Requesting you to please help me here to get my number back.

I submitted my phone on 16 Nov 16, due to hearing speaker issue. After couple of days I called at customer service and they assured me that everything has been approved and issue is resolved. However, when I called today at service center, I was shocked to hear that my device has not been reapaired as they are claiming that there is some tempering. Just one question, why would I show it outside, when I know it has warranty till Aug’17.

when i was received mobile the box is not looking new condition and the tape was in open condition then i open the box the mobile looking used and dusty, fingerprint on mobile.then i saw the manufacturing date of mobile which is November 2015 it is almost one year old stock then i was rise refund request.then they took return my phone. now they said your mobile quality check fail and we will send back to you again.then i called snapdeal customer care 5 to 6 time every time they give only we will update u r complaint but nothing happened.then i called lava customer care and service center they said only snapdeal or seller only make decision.now i want refund already 15 day gone for these process.please make quick response.I cant wait again and again.

Dear Team,

I submitted the device as I have some issues in that, however, the response which I received was totally disgusting.

Why would I ask someone else from outside to repair my phone when I have the warrnaty.

If I don’t get it repaired I will send you the legal notice for false information.

I called your customer care and they assured me that your device post investigation has been approved and has been repaired. But when I called today service center, I was shocked to hear.

If I don’t get the resolution within 3 days, I may approach to legal.

Dear team, i added Rs1000/- to my paytm wallet thru debit card on 12-NOV-2016. i didn’t do any purchase but after few days i checked wallet amount is ZERO. i don’t know where my money is? & There’s no transaction is my a/c.

Moreover I’m also facing problem in logging into paytm a/c as my mobile no.is lost but there’s no option to change the no. too.

seems to be a fraud company.

I am really unhappy with the service you guys are providing – selling defective and old products !!!

recently i purchased VU tv – order number is – 16774200674

which was suppose to deliver me in a week time, you gusy sent me in 1 day only, i was very happy .
but after that there was no communication on installation, i tried calling snapdeal number of times and got the response that we only have to contact them .
after contacting VU people they sent installation guy and as we open th pack we found its broken, tv panel is broken ..

why you guys sent me defective piece ????

pls do not purchase anything from snapdeal, they are looting and fooling people ..

how you guys are running company ???
i was a loyal customer and purchased many things from snapdeal, there was no problem till now .
but now they sent defective product .. i raised the complaint . pls initiate the change or refund !!!

On 23/11/2016, i.e today i travelled in Ola and for 21 kms, they charged me 398 from which Rs 70 was my discounted coupon, so the amount came as 328.Usually, the amount comes to 250 or sometimes 220 but never more than that.When i checked with Ola Customer care, they said we cant help it and they were very adamant in saying that I have to pay that amount.Being a regular customer of ola, i know how much the prices are.It was just horrible experience.Not expected from OLA.

I could have taken Uber in that case whose prices are very low and moreover they behaviour is also good towards customers.

Please refund my money.

HI,
I have purchased laptop battery on 18th oct 2016from snapdeal firstly they sent wrong battery.
secondly battery sent by them is not working properly so i rechecked with dell regarding warranty but they said that battery’s manufactured date is Jun-2013 so we are not able to give you warranty.
so snapdeal sold me outdated battery ason 18th oct 2016.
Now they are not replying me on my email.
can you please consider this is my complaint.
