Scam or fraud: Samiah International Builders — No allotment of flat at Rudrapur

Complaint Details:
Sir I have booked a 2BHK flat in Samiah builders at Rudrapur (Uttrakhand) in December, 2012, and have paid about 8 Lakh to the builders and installments are being paid to the Bank regularly. Till now, no response has been given by the builders and no allotment/refund of money has been given by the builders. Several times I contacted to the builder’s management at the site but they are very uncertain about the completion of the project and delivery/possession of flat to me. I am lower grade central government employee and facing financial crunch due to non-completion of the project timely by the builder. Pl help in the matter keeping in view of my hardships.

Dear Sir,

Recently, for our business needs we have purchased Mahindra Jeeto from Sahyadri Mototrs near Baner, Pune. From the first day itself our experience with dealer executive was not good. But, we still preferred this showroom as it’s near to our office. Vehicle is registered under Ghanashyam Enterprises, Talegaon.

After making false promises about delivery finally we received vehicle last week (3’rd week of Nov.). It came with no registration number, no documents. Only good part is it’s delivered to our home by dealer people. To mention, we have processed loan from Mahindra finance to ease the process rapidly which unfortunately didn’t work. Which is surprising.

We found that breaks are not working properly hence complained and requested to fix it. I am not sure how to drive a vehicle without a document and breaks till this above said showroom. But, no one visited from dealer to fix it in time.

Now, vehicle is stand alone mode. We can’t use due to lake of service, unavailability of documents. And, we are passing through mental stress for no mistake.

If problem can’t be fixed and dealer can’t provide a good service to us what we suppose to do?

Can you please have a look and help us?

Dear sir
I have booked some parcel through the amazon as per ur sms yesterday suppose to deliver but suddenly I have got the sms saying that Delivery of your order from Amazon with Blue Dart Awb# 79061676013 was unsuccessful due to address related issues. To reschedule, please call 1860 233 1234 from 9am-9pm Mon-Sat.
But on the Same day ur delivery person reached twice to the Same address
Which is mentioned on the shipping address on thr parcel why he is not able to deliver the parcel i dint understand when i called blue local incharge he said it will deliver from last two days he is saying same
It is very poor service from the blue dart they Are behaving like some thing else poor response from the blue dart

Sir, my self anwar ahmed i have recharge my vediocon d2h connection (vediocon customer id 101448576)rupees 275/-(two hundred seventy five) through paytm by net banking dated 23 nov-2016, time- 9:42am approx. 275 rupees debited in my account but till now my tv not recharge.

I am from D.P.S. Moradabad. Here are principal is not able to handle the school. Sports teacher is also not there. I am distic level skating 3 price winner but there is no teacher for skating and there is no disepline in are school. Teachers can not teach the classes. There are more than 40 students in a class. More than 90% student are fail in maths of class 9th

Hi,

Tapas Chatterjee & my reliance no. Is 957937636. I am not using any vas facility service and not near future. But as per balance notification my account balance deducted rs. 21. And this is not once, this is done regularly. Which is frustrating. Repay back my balance, because this is not for once that has happened.

Even you unsubscribe, nothing happens.

Generally sms received “you have been successfully subscribed to intelgamesub21 service for 7 days. To un-subscribe sms unsub 4043 to 155223 (Toll free).

I am not subscribe any vas services or not activated.
Please reply as soon as possible.

Sir, I was posted an urgent courier from DTDC Naharlagun, Arunachal Pradesh on 18/11/2016.My consignment No is K92038079. This courier was to delivered on 22/11/16 to Miss Binita Kumari, Shashi Place, flat No 501 (A), 5th floor, Nala road Rajendra nagar Patna, but the same is not received till date. I could not traced the exact location.
Please solve my problems .
