Scam or fraud: Moto Care Service Centre Graphline Care, Patna — Delay in repairing of my mobile Moto G4+

I bought a Moto g4+ mobile phone on 1st July 2016 for Rs. 14, 999/- (copy attached) from amazon.in after two and half month I have encountered that my phone is getting switched off frequently while using it. On 14.10.16 I went to Moto Care service centre Graphline Care, Shop No 206 2nd floor Kaushlaya Estate Bandar Bagicha Dakbanglow Road Patna-800001 Bihar with Job sheet no. AMSPAT006403 (copy attached), they said me that motherboard of my phone will be replaced within 20 days. On 21st Oct 2016 I received a call from moto escalation team informing that I will get my phone by 3rd Nov, 2016. On 3rd Nov, 2016 they called me again said that your phone is pending for parts and will be delivered on 14th Nov, 2016 . On 14th Nov, 2016 they again called and said that my phone is still pending for parts and will be delivered by 19th Nov, 2016. On 19th Nov, 2016 they again called me said that my phone is pending for parts and will be delivered on 28th Nov, 2016 to which I asked the escalation team agent (Arvind Kumar) why are they treating me like a fool they should stand by their words and deliver my phone on given date to which they replied that they are not answerable to me and I can any action against them and given another date i.e. 28th Nov, 2016. Again they called me on 28th Nov. 2016 and given another date i.e. 7th Dec, 2016.
Sir, I have written everyone against this kind of harassment by Moto through mail and twitter and facebook to Higher Officials of Moto Service Group but all my effort are of no use.
Sir, I request you to please take proper action against this type of harassment by Moto India to their customers and I want my phone repaired as soon as possible or a new phone from Moto.

Scam or fraud: Hyundai Motor India — Fake commitment on Petrol Average done by Hyundai

Mine is Hyundai XCENT No. UP32GH1054 that I purchased 1and half year ago.
At the time of purchasing the car, It’s petrol average as declared by Hyundai was 16lpkm which came down to 10-11lpkm soon after a year from its date of redelivery.
I registered my complaint with the local office in this regard.
In response to my complain, they took my car to service center thrice, got it serviced but the problem remaining unresolved till now.
How can a petrol average of HYUNDAI XCENT come down to 10-11 only after a year.
Pls let me know if there’s any possibility to get my problem solved.

Sir, I have recharge of Rs.270/- for Tatasky ID No. 1041477157 on 18th August 2016 through Paytm. The said amount debited from my SBI a/c vide transaction ID No.105090461476IG0CNWVOL5 TRANSFER TO INB One97 Communications Limi, but the said transaction has not been successful due to error of internet connection nor said amount refunded in my a/c or paytm wallet till date. In view of the above, you are requested the said amount may please be refunded in my paytm wallet at the earliest.
I am also disappointed for such type of recovery.

I deposit Rs.40000/- (Rs. 12500/- vide Receipt No. 18641/25.07.2015 & Rs. 27500/- vide Receipt No. 22306/31.07.2015) for fees deposited to RTU Kota (REAP 2015), I have been allotted -1st – in Electronic & Instrumentation & control branch then in Information technology branch (through internal sliding process) in RTU college Kota. but due to some reason I have applied for withdrawal of my application form from RTU, KOTA .Than I take admission in MBM Jodhpur through (REAP 2015). Many Time we follow for fee refund but Till date fee not refund to me.

I had order a display on 10 0ct and i received on 17 oct, the product was damaged.as per ebay rule i contact seller, he did not respond, then raise a claim against it on 21 oct.the ebey demang photos i sumbmited, then demand to fill a form i fill that, again i call them to consult for futher action, they argue that i m not submit any form, but i had that email which i send.agin i call them on 5th nov, they told me that they call me, but they didnot again i call them on 29 nov then Mr.akhsya gaur told me that u didnot respond any mail.

I subscribed to Den Boom Band based on their assurances of a new cable technology and high speed internet at low speeds. Please don’t fall for the trap.

For almost half the month the internet connection will be dead. when you call up the customer care they’ll tell that some repair work is going on in your area. Don’t know how long the repair work is going to continue but since we are paying in advance, they are taking us for a ride. They always make you fool, we will solve your problem within 24 hours but they do not come at you door within a week. His technical team is totally illiterate they do not know how to respond to his customer.
Note:- Do Not Take Services From DEN BOOMBAND.

I got a new connection from Tikona and Paid advance amount too.But from the first day I faced difficulty and I requested them to terminate my account and refund my deposit money subtracting the first-month bill alone.
But they insisted on repairing which they never did even after several mails.Now
after many months they are threating to take legal action against me to clear an overdue amount which I had never used.Is this how you treat a customer?
