Dear sir, I have been resigned my job on 23rd august 2016, on that time HR (Mr.Imran. +919916752050) promised me I will get my august month salary and settlement within 45 days,
But today is 100th day,
When I recently called to accounts departments Mr.Jayadeep ( 9839033337 )Mr.Jai PRAKASH (7838597289)
promised me I will get it within November end, but still now there is no information at all, I am contacting almost all but they are post poning too difficulty .
I am requesting you to take action behalf of me and help me to get my hard earned money I mean August month salary and Settlement

Scam or fraud: National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Yamuna expressway accident reasons

Hearing about accidsnts on yamuna expressway is nothing new but i wonder nothing has been done to even control it. There r boardson speed limits but no check on the vehicles that do not follow. How could this be a facility when it has become a way to death!
I also want to complain against the authority against their irresponsible behaviour. Last year on december when there hits fog on d highway i was driving along my husband. Just 20KMS from mathura toll we found a tata safari moving in a reverse direction that too speedily. On the toll we complained against this driver as this could lead to a major accident. But to our surprise the authority member said that the driver didnot carry cash, seemed he had come for a drive so he returned back taking a u-turn on d same road. When v insisted that y was he allowed to return he replied irresponsibly “sir this is usual here nothing new v send them back”
I cant imagine there r such activities going on on d highways. The irony is there is no authority yet made to check the recurrence of major accidents on yamuna expressway. A shame on our govt who has allowed a big project without assuring any security to its users. NHAI has no check on it n i wonder how the lives of innocents r put to danger just for money.
I had registered a complaint last yr too but seemed no response. Hearing about d accidents i could not stop myself from atleast bringing awareness to ppl to not to use the yamuna expressway as it has no assurance n no consideration for ur priceless life.

Scam or fraud: Axis Bank — I did not use credit card but bank is sending bill amount

I have credit card with A/C No: 915010010298046 till now I did not use it why because card with my old parents. They dont know how to use it but bank is sending bill amount. I am paying the amount even though I am not utilising. Now also I paid Rs.136/- as minimum payment. Kindly clear my problem as early as possible.

Scam or fraud: Delhi Development Authority [DDA] — Cement spread in parking creating breathing problems for residents

Complaint Details:
This is with refernce to cement which has been spread all over parking in the name of repairing of parking lot.The cement flies and gets inside all the nearby flats making it very difficult for residents to breathe specially the elders as well small kids.
Lot of people are down with breathing issues and day by day its going from bad to worse.
I would request the relevant authorities to look into this matter and immediately do the repair work so the ash don’t fly and make it difficult to survive people here

Scam or fraud: Indigo Airlines — Change my flight without permission

I booked my flight 6E 968, bom-del on 1 Dec, but my flight was shifted to some other flight 6E 154, by just informing me that previous flight was cancelled so we have shifted you to another flight. But that was a false information given by the executive. Again in Bombay airport when I asked to give seat in my previous flight 968 your executive told that the seats are not available and I have called the executive to shift my flight. But tell me one thing which flight changes any flight schedule without charging any money??, I have not seen any such flight . At any point of time they have not helped me at all. I have to catch a train from Lucknow at 9:00 am on 2 Dec inspite of telling this that I will miss my train the executive were not listening at all. Really a worst experience.. In future I won’t be traveling with Indigo providing this kind of service to their customers. Infront of me they have given a seat to some other flight passenger but I insist so many times they not listened to me at all. Really a pathetic situation.

My Bill plan is My Plan 999 along with one booster pack for Rs. 99. My bill for last month was Rs. 3969. How is that possible??? please send me the details of the charges incurred of my last bill. Where I was charged and how much with call details and charges. Also, my internet is not working. I am unable to use my internet for more than a mobth now. Usless the data plan is. Please resolve my issue ASAP.

My name Kondareddy. I am a student.
I am out state for studies. I need Jio sim for my education. I am from andrapradesh
But I am studying in gujarat state. I don’t have gujarat state aadhar card. I have andrapradesh aadhar card. So that I am getting Jio sim from Jio shop.
I asked my times, they didn’t take care of it. Actually aadhar card no. Is unique sothat I can get Jiosim as per Jio approved of aadhar.
So that I need Jio sim for studies.

Scam or fraud: Vodafone India — Excessive Monthly Charges

Since October I have been using Reliance Jio sim to make calls, send messages and data usage because it’s absolutely free of cost. I also have a Vodafone Post Paid connection. Even last month I received a mammoth bill from Vodafone though I hardly used it, I made the payment timely and without any complaints. This month they have again sent me a bill of around 750 while my plan is worth around 274. I have hardly made 4-5 calls this entire month. I think they are doing it in purpose since I informed them last month that I would be opting out from Vodafone and switch to Reliance Jio. I am being very very honest that I have rarely used my Vodafone sim the past billing month. I am not at all happy with the services and the customer support provided by Vodafone. I have no interest in paying their bill since they have been overcharging since quiet sometime. Kindly look into it and provide assistance.

Scam or fraud: Airtel — Airtel 4G free sim with 1GB free data

I use an airtel prepaid sim for last few years. I am getting SMSes from airtel regularly (in last few months) which state that as I have a 4G handset, I can upgrade my sim to 4G & use 1GB free 4G data for 28 days. Few months back I got a call from airtel & the executive offered the same (i.e. free 4G sim) but I refused as I thought the service in my area was not up to the mark.

On 28-Nov-2016, I got a call from airtel again & the executive told me that I would get a 4G sim & 1GB data for free without changing my number at my residence. That happened on 30-Nov-2016 but I was in office then. So the executive who delivered it told me to call him once I get back to home so he can activate that sim. I got back & found the sim which was received by my mother. Then I called the executive & followed his instructions & he activated the sim. When I replaced the old sim with the new one (according to his instructions), I was able to check my balance which was Rs 166. he also told me that I will get 1 GB free 4G data. I changed the settings to access mobile data to the new sim (it is in 2nd sim slot). Then i started using it to access internet. In the afternoon on 01-Dec-2016 I got a message that my balance is deducted for mobile data usage. Then I checked my balance and found that it had come down to Rs 26 (approx.). I realised that they had deducted my balance for data usage though actually offering 1GB 4G data for free. I called the executive who delivered & activated the sim to tell these things. He was surprised & advised me to call customer care to get the matter sorted out & get the balance back.

I called 198 (Complaints only no.) @00:20 am today & told everything in detail to the customer care executive but he told me that the reason is I have no data pack activated & I have to recharge to activate the same. then I stressed that I am getting the SMSes regularly stating the free 4G offer & I have accepted the new sim as the executive told the same. Then the customer care executive tried to confuse me by saying that it is some handset bundled offer. But I clearly told him that it was never mentioned (in SMS or by the executive who offered it). Then i clearly told him that they have cheated me & asked him if it was my fault that the free data was not activated. He told me to stay on line as he was transferring the call to his senior. then some recorded message about the airtel app started playing repetitively & the call got disconnected after some time. Please do the needful to resolve this issue ASAP so that I get the balance back & the free data is activated.

I think they are fooling the customers in this way regularly so please address this complaint. Thanks.

Sir

i like to complaint about the poor service of metro hospital (haridwar)
my father was admitted in hospital due to suffering of heart attack on april,
the bill send to me by hospital staff is amount but during they claim bill from my company is different both bill invoice no is same but amount difference is more than 1 lakh .
He submitted bill to my company by fake sign of me and discount is also not mentioned (for co-prate discount of hero motocorp)

i request to kindly relook the matter and bill other vise i go for consumer court for fake sign done by hospital staff on bill
