Dear Sir,
Where is my mobile smart phone which I had given in the service centre in Oct 2015 . perhaps micromax company has acceded the set to their company property . I had already given many complain through you . But what is the out come . Kindly with this portal if unable to solve consumer’s problem . If you are not understanding then hoe the company will understand . take action accordingly . However legal process is being followed . I have paid Rs.27999/- for that phone ? I am waiting how much time micromax company is taking to solve the problem because their 24-72 hours never end.I had given all relevant docs earlier . hence need not to give all details .
N B – I shall not talk to not less than the rank of a G O.

About Last 15 days I am suffering for this and they are not providing me what I asked before the tariff change.

The tariff has been changed to SEP 149 N CUG but there is no freebies and Rental discount which is active in my given Ref.No 9836363377 and 9830161390.
Tariff change request no : 262193326 on 10th Nov 2016.

Abhibus.com service cheat with passenger.
I have booked a ticket thru abhibus platform service provider M.K. Bus travels, Vadodara to Nashik – date of journey -02 December 2016. Abhibus ticket no.#34701617146722.
I booked ticket for 8.45 pm bus.service provider shifted my seat in another bus which arriving Vadodara 10.15 pm.

Due to my grandmother funerals program in sangamner. I booked 8.45 pm bus.
But service provider cheat with me.due to this I’m reaching late for program.
I demanded 50% amount refund from Abhibus but they neglected.
Abhibus not informed me about this change.
I’m attaching my ticket details.
What to do now.help me and told how they are getting punishment.

I purchased Renault Duster from kanpur 24 Dec 2015 Reg No.UP78ED2509 and next day we gone for a trip to Manali for a weekend, driving in hill area we show smoke and found clutch burning smell coming from our vehicle. we inform it to toll free no and next day we visit to mandi renault work shop there they also found burning smell . we take a latter from them to prove kanpur workshop that there is a clutch problem in vehicle. But after reaching kanpur when we ask them to change clutch they refuse us and ignore that latter saying that vehicle is under there observation if any thing they found they will rectify them. Problem was from starting But same problem now came out with full flash after 9 month now they are not solving that problem, saying its not under warranty now you have to pay for clutch changing . Still we are having that latter which we have taken from Renault Mandi workshop

Will the piston of the desiel Swift engine get damage when we give acceleration above 3000rpm. When the vehicle undergo pollution test more smoke and sound came from the engine. The owner of the vehicle called the road assistance of Indus Vattappara Trivandrum, Kerala. A mechanic name Ajmal came and he knows nothing about the vehicle. He came in an Omni (Indus motors car) and it break down. Then he call a local mechanic to solve the problem. Thousands of people where watching and laughing at him. The Swift is still on the road without locking. Finally he( Ajmal) said to the customer is that the piston goes due to the raising of acceleration during pollution test. His way of talking was very bad.

Dear Sir, My Vehicle was breakdown on 24.11.2016 when I was travelling from TATA to Patna. I got my car repaired at Astha Motors, Patna and car was delivered on 29.11.2016 vide Bill No. 1617-04768. I started my journey back on 30.11.2016 and my vehicle again got breakdown on same day. I have sent the vehicle for repair again though 24X7 road assistance to Ranchi. They diagnosed the work done was not properly and timing was not adjusted properly, So the problem arose again. I have stopped the payment of Astha Motors till the time my vehicle is not repaired.

Complaint Details:
There is no divider before Iskcon overbridge on SG highway from Iskcon mega mall towards Iskcon overbridge starting. There is a high risk of accidents to people crossing the low pavement. Even cyclists and two wheeler drivers cross the road with no divider which is risky. Request to extend the divider till Iskcon overbridge starting. The pavement is also broken from where two wheeler driver easily cross the road which may lead to fatal accidents.

Complaint Details:
Uber cabs Charging more than 2.5 times than nominal fare even at early evening like 7pm. Locality OMR chennai. Cab fare from my place to destination takes around 230-240 rs. Evening time they charge you 400-600. Distance travelled around 20kms. I can still understand for night travel. But at regular time, they are increasing the fare without any logic. They are exploiting the system.

Bank ten I’d 352706331463371 Date 2 December 2016 time 14 :33 Amount 4000 thousands I use paytm at this number 8755314556 I have add money from my axis bank account date on 2 December 2016 and after that I open pass book and press the offsen send to bank than show my balance 4 thousands and 2 thousands and write under of it that return to bank and press at this offsen and have shown in the paas book that go back your money in the Axis bank on 2December 2016Amount 4 thousands and 2 thousands but don’t show in the Axis bank account statement now please help me and solutions this problem many many thanks
