Incident dated 06.08.2018 10.00 a.m. TR-1 bus from Rang mahal chauraha where sardarji was the bus driver. I was supposed to get down at 10/2 bus stop . when i asked to stop, the driver became so angry and said that when the bus was at signal why didnt you get down as if i m supposed to get down according to his comfort.
I am working women. He is not supposed to talk like that. and in almost every bus they behave very badly to women
Kindly ask drivers and conductors to behave properly and take some action

Hello,

We had purchased INR 25, 000.00 worth package for 3 months on June 13th 2018.
Sales person (Shiv Kumar Yadav) has promised that we will get at least 2 to 3 leads per day.

Now its been more than 53 days and we only received only 7 leads. We received call from there service department saying that we never commit for the leads so we cannot do anything.

On July 19th I tried to book a laptop in Flipkart. The order is not placed and also transaction is also canceled. But they deducted Rs.28, 000 and didn’t return me.Whenever I’m contacting them, they keep on asking for another 24-48hrs. So it’s 15th day still now I didn’t get my money back. Now they are not responding to my calls or my messages. Very much frustrated with them.

I have using IO Credit Card for more than 4 years. Last april I observed the fuel cashback(0.75%) was not happening, for which i raised complaint and it got resolved. But again it reoccurred again in August month.I believe other customers also will be facing this.I came to know only after seeing the statements. I dont see a proper resolution from Citbank on my issue.

I am planning to cancel my card and going to recommend my friends not use it any more.
