Sr we are living pootteti area feeding transformer thalayankottai which was Lt side fuse blowing minimum three times in a week EB people or their helpers came and connect it and collect money. From every houses it was happen past three months but the problem not yet rectified they have to rectify the problem by putting sleeves or increase the tensile strength for those conductor
please take immediate action

I want to put forward my grievance against the bus no 382 which arrives late everyday by 45 mins to 1 hour between time slot of 1:45 to 2:30pm.
I board the bus from punjabwadi or anushaktinagar stop.
I get late to office everyday.145 bus arrives at 230, 2:00 bus arrives at 3pm.
When asked I get to hear driver shortage or shortage of bus at the depot, while i don’t see these problems with other buses which arrives at the bus stop within a frequency of 15-20 mins.
I truly hope this will be taken into consideration soon

I brought a Mi Tv 4A 43inch TV from Flipkart on 17-Jul-2018 And it was delivered on 24-Jul-2018

Today is 8-Aug-18 still there is No engineer who has came to my home for the installation process
It’s been 15 days I have received my tv … I have been contracting my every day for my Installation but they not able to help me out

The all three lifts have major faults and are stopping in the middle and on 7th floor thee inner door has been damaged. Kindly look into this as your company has handovered me the lift 10days ago and how come the issues come so early.Please send your engineer on our site to llok into it as soon as possible.
our engineer of our site got locked into it and it was too dangerous as the brakes of it were also not working.

With reference to your reply: ended up with no results…
Am very disappointed with number of mails and calls. Every time I received the call from Moto executive regarding my issue and need to explain the case from beginning to end.
Is there one any mode of tracking status of the Customer concerns and complaints raised ?
I have taken the time to submit the handset and cable in Smart services -SCD ( Ameerpet Hyderabad, Telagana -500016) by keeping my personal and professional things a side. Still I need to incur the cost of thousand rupees from my place to Moto service center to travel.
Just because as they denied the service in warranty period I need to suffer a lot from last two months. And now they are saying unrealistic stuff that am not carried the invoice copy at the time of visiting to service center. By just listening to default Branch Moto service center words and the executive handling my concern asking me to get the paid service.
And they are offering me to pay the 50 % of amount which is of 6300/- I would have incurred the cost happily when there is mistake from my end.How come a customer should bare the cost when there is a default from Service center end.
Hoping for the good results at least this time.

I dont know how i violated the rules.I am using the same mobile number but i have changed the mobile.My number is same.
I am regular customer of ola.
Please resolve the matter as soon as possible.
