AmBank, Ipoh Greentown, warrants some alarming publicity through the Mass Media of its recent issue of ‘bookless savings account’. But first, let me message you in simple, plain language the consensus of the many complainants. Older customers are at a loss without their s/a passbook for easy reference as most of them are not computer-savvy. The terms and conditions for e-banking are obscure as they vary in interpretations. How often can customers be issued with itemized statements of their savings accounts? So, why not AmBank redress this problem by giving customers the choice between using passbooks and ATM cards? If customers are entitled to a waiver of fees, why can’t they be granted automatically instead of making them beggars to ask for it? Online banking is not without its share of scam, so of what great benefit or convenience is it to those who feel comfortable and secure with the conventional mode of saving over the ages? If the rationale is to ‘Go Green’, then surely shutting down the air-condition is more effective in conserving the environment. In the midst of the rising clamour of dissatisfaction, it will be a welcome move by AmBank to calmly relax its rigid stance to be more caring and considerate in offering to customers the fair option to operate their savings account with the use of passbooks. I pratham chaudhary booked a car scorpio from MYLES on the date 13th january 2017, with the booking i.d. no:6644458.
i started my journey with my friends at 12:15 from delhi airocity metroStation from where i picked the car, as per the commitments of the executive of MYLES that the top speed on which i can drive the car was 120kmph but the job card mentioned 100kmph on which they are implicating the voilation of overspeeding for RS 1700 INR + taxes which is inappropriate moreover the policy where the invoice provided by the company is way lot different from the job sheet provided to me as the fuel in the car was not full and same seen in the job sheet appearently they charged me on the basis of full tank fuel which is also not appropriate.
As soon as i started my journey the car started bubbling on the same i informed the concerned executive who came to drop the car to me, he said “that it is a big car and and this usually happens with these kind of cars and it could be possible because of the new tyres they had changed and suggested me to lower the air pressure of tyres and as he left i did the same he told me to do but as soon as i started driving the car for 2-3 kms the same problem still persisted but as i was already late so i continued my journey on the beleivance of the executive who told me that won’t be a major issue but this problem continued till the end of my journey on which i faced a lot of trouble during driving the car.
as i entered Delhi on 16th January 2017 the car stopped at 6:10 am at mubarka chowk flyover so i called the customer care and reported my problem that car is not starting, so as i was on the middle of the highway with my friends including 2 girls so i called the nearby local mechanic he repaired the car and the car started then after reaching jahangirpuri metro station at 6:45 am the car again broke down completely and dint started after that i again called the customer care because there was no help provided to me till that time, then the executive asked me to wait for the toying van and promised me to provide a convenience to drop me and my friends to my door step and that won’t be chargeable and told me that it will reach my current location of that time within half an hour but it took 2 hours to reach me meanwhile my girl friends had faced a lot of problem like “cheap commenting” after that when i sat into the car the driver asked me for 500rs for the petrol and the total sum i have to pay for the cab was 1200rs so the cab driver asked me to step out from the car as per the words he had with the executive of the company when one of my female friend denied to get out of the car because she was already very tired than the driver misbehaved with her by forcing her to get out immediately than i called the customer care regarding that, they dint answer my call for more than 10 mins so i disconnected the call as we were already very tired due to my journey and the girls were facing misbehavior by the crowd of the place so i got frustrated and left the cab provided by the company and board the metro but the company is accusing me for the cab they provided me which i haven’t use.

with all the regards i request the management of the company i request for the proper investigation regarding my issue and to refund my security and all the false charges they have implicated on me, as me and my friends faced hell lots of trouble because of the poor management and coordination of the company MYLES

It’s been 1 month 10 days since the cyclone Has affected the Internet connectivity in chennai but even on repeated complaints being done, no action was taken from the company to repair/ activate the same.Few of my friends have got activation only on renewal of the connection.I had activated for 4 months just before the disconnection.1.5 months of rental charges wasted completely.

The most unbelievable chain of events took place.
Today is day 3 of broadband non functionality. We had complained on 17 Jan 2017 on the phone after holding the line for a good 15 minutes, the customer service representative assured engineer will arrive the next day 11am. No one came till 3pm ! I went to their office in sector 32, Chandigarh. The manager assured help would arrive before 6pm, no one came !
Today, day 3, we went to their office again, we were assured help would arrive in 2 hours and service would be restored, NO ONE CAME !
It’s not over yet, we called customer care again, again we were assured that our landline will be restored by 7pm, it’s 11:35 pm and our internet and landline, for which we pay 1300 rupees every month, is non functional for 3 days !

This isn’t all, I found out, from the manager of the airtel office, sector 32, Chandigarh, that the services are down because of some upgradation in the line. THEY KNEW THAT THE CONNECTION WILL BE OFF ! We weren’t informed. They have knowingly and intentionally intrepted our landline and broadband without even informing us. This qualifies as a crime as they have knowingly cut off our communication.

It is as if airtel has been mocking us all the way for our helplessness.

A request for issuance of a cheque book for account number 65271595153 was submitted in SBP bank Sector 6 Branch Karnal on 26/12/2016. An amount of Rs. 60/- was debited from my account on the same day for the issuance of cheque book but no such cheque book has been made available up til now.
Please expedite issuance of cheque book at the earliest.

Hi

I would like to bring to your notice on the poor service and response i received from your customer care.

I called this evening and spoke to 3 agents who kept saying they are the superiors and i cannot speak to higher then them. Unfortunately all 3 of them disconnected my call while the conversation was going on. One of the person Prajwal threatened me by saying that he will cancel the shipment.

I have the call recordinga of all these agents and the unprofessional response i received from them. I would appreciate if you can look into this matter as urgent and let me know if my product is reaching me as promised.

Hi Sir,

I got insensitive whatsaap messages from this number and I tried asking the name. Then this person sent me dirty images so I blocked this person. Then the person called on my phone and started talking dirty after which I cut the call and did not receive. He called me twice and I did not receive the call. And there is no significant amount of information on any number tracer. Please help me and tell me what to do.
